Our hook knives come from Wood Tools in the UK. Each spoon carving knife is ground by hand and eye with a precision that only thousands of hours of experience can bring. Handles have been refined over years of testing and prototypes. If you'd like to craft your own handles then you can purchase the blades separately. We cater for both left and right handed spoon carvers.
