Sharpen Virtually Any Knife

At the heart of the kit is the KJ-45 Centering Knife Jig, which automatically centres most knife blades for symmetrical bevels on both sides.

For long, flexible blades such as filleting knives, the KJ-140 Wide Centering Knife Jig provides additional support and stability.

The included SVM-00 Small Knife Holder allows you to sharpen even the smallest carving knives, detail knives and pocket knives that would otherwise be difficult to clamp securely.

For many Wood Tamer customers, the SVM-00 alone is worth its weight in gold, making it possible to sharpen compact carving knives with the same accuracy as larger blades.

The KS-123 Knife Angle Setter allows you to accurately set sharpening angles in seconds, removing the trial-and-error often associated with knife sharpening.

The EM-15 Edge Marker helps you quickly visualise where the stone is contacting the bevel, while the included CU-8 Edge Loupe lets you inspect burr formation, scratch patterns and edge quality under magnification.
