The Kay Embretsen "Ken" Spoon carving knife features a high carbon steel compound curve blade. The shallow blade measures approximately 70 mm long and 9mm wide.
Whilst having a shallow sweep similar to the #1 it goes into a tighter sweep at the tip.
The stunning curly birch handle is about 120mm
Use it for finishing cuts on the bowl of your spoon.

Orders are shipped 2-4 business days after placement and are sent via Australia Post. You will be supplied with a tracking number once shipped so you can keep track of where your parcel is at.
Please allow 5 business days for delivery and 10 business days for Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.

If you require your parcel more urgently then you may select Australia Post Express Post shipping for $19.95 AUD which should arrive 1-2 business days after dispatch (location dependant).
