The "Drop Bear" is the first offering from Fell Satori Toolworks through Wood Tamer. 

The Drop Bear Slöyd is what is quickly becoming their popular 90mm Slöyd knife with a 26° inclusive bevel.  The logic behind this bevel is that it is designed for easy, clean slicing cuts of tough Australian timbers that we have available here rather than hogging out big chunks of wood which you see in youTube videos of Northern Hemisphere carvers.

The blade is hand forged from 01 tool steel. It has flat over hollow ground bevels with rounded spine for comfort during push cuts.

The 140mm handcrafted and torched oak handle is designed with a subtle palm swell and follows the curved shape of the blade to facilitate sharpening and stropping. African blackwood bolster.

Comes with a cord wrapped leather slip sheath.

 

Orders are shipped 2-4 business days after placement and are sent via Australia Post. You will be supplied with a tracking number once shipped so you can keep track of where your parcel is at.

Please allow 5 business days for delivery and 10 business days for Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania.

Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.

A $14.95 AUD flat rate shipping fee applies on all orders.

If you require your parcel more urgently then you may select Australia Post Express Post shipping for $20.95 AUD which should arrive 1-2 business days after dispatch (location dependant).
